‍SBI Offshore Ltd (“SBI”) was established in 1994 and has been an ISO 9001:2008 certified company since 2011. These certifications indicate our commitment to provide top quality management system in our products and services, as well as our commitment to continually improve the processes within our company. Our primary business activities are in the offshore and marine industry specializing in drilling and related products and services.

In 2015, SBI forayed into the renewable energy business through a joint venture with the Gräss Group of Germany, a leading EPC contractor for the engineering and installation of solar photovoltaic systems. The joint venture company, Graess Energy Pte Ltd, was incorporated in Singapore and will serve as the global headquarters for the Gräss Group. In addition to being involved in EPC activities, Graess Energy will also invest in solar PV power plants and be an independent power producer.
